General Conditions

EIEIM 2019 has commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organisation and execution of the conference. Registration for the conference and confirmation there of forms a contract between the conference attendee and the EIEIM regarding attendance at the conference. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Payment

Should payment be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the Congress Counter in Amsterdam. Please bring a copy of your bank remittance with you.

When registering for the EIEIM 2019, please arrange for payment of registration fee to be paid in advance at the time of registration. Any bank charges are to be borne by the party liable for payment.
